Refund policy

If returning an item, please include your order number or or email receipt within the package so we are able to process your return. 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or order number. 

You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition as it was received.

NOTE: If the item returned does not satisfy these requirements, we will not accept it. 

A 4% processing fee will apply to cover incurred payment provider fees.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the 4% processing fee) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@leoslair.co.uk.

Damages Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
While we carefully pack our items, damages may occur during transit. Items are considered damaged if they have obvious damage that prevents their use or function and can be returned within 14 days. We will replace like for like where possible; otherwise, a full refund will be issued.

If you receive a product with obvious damage that affects its use, contact us within 14 days at support@leoslair.co.uk. Please note, personal preference does not qualify as damage.

Outer Packaging:
Cosmetic imperfections like rips, creases, or dents that don't affect functionality are not considered damage. Packaging is primarily to protect the contents and may show wear during transit. For major transit damage affecting use, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee pristine packaging or seals, and final sale items cannot be returned for box damage.
